“Parturition” is a short film about a man whose wife has recently passed away. In an attempt to feel close to her again, he revisits a motel where the two of them had stayed over the years. He relives her daily routines by putting on her makeup and a wig, as well as dressing in clothing and jewelry that reminds him of her. In order to feel complete again, to be with his partner again, he needs to revisit a literal and figurative place.
